These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website at https://www.nathanhessretics.com and any other platform that animals are sold under the business name of Nathan Hess Retics, Nathan Hess Retics and More, Nathan Hess Retics LLC, or any other names associated with the owner(s). By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Using this website indicates that you accept these terms whether or not you choose to order from us. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website or order from Nathan Hess Retics.

Ordering From Us
You are deemed to have placed an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the animal(s) you have ordered.
We may refuse to accept an order:
a) where goods are not available;
b) where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions;
e) if Nathan Hess Retics determines that the buyer is not fit to care for an animal for any reason they deem. (Not enough prior experience in keeping large constrictors, inadequate husbandry, lack of knowledge and willingness to learn, etc);
f) Nathan Hess Retics reserves the right to refuse service/sales to anyone for any reason.

It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all state and local regulations regarding the keeping of exotic animals.

Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of extracts from this Website is prohibited, unless any reproduced images are used with the "Nathan Hess Retics" logo clearly visible along with a credit given to "Nathan Hess Retics". If you breach any of the terms in these terms and conditions, your permission to use this Website automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from this Website. No part of this Website may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without our prior written permission.

Service Access
While we try to ensure that this Website is normally available 24 hours a day, we will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. Access to this Website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control.

Disclaimer
While we try to ensure that the information on this Website is correct and up-to-date, we do not guarantee that it always will be. We may make changes to the content and prices at any time without notice. At no time will Nathan Hess Retics LLC or it's owner(s) be held liable financially or civilly do to any laws that the buyer did not follow or for any medical expenses for the care of the animal or in the case the animal caused harm to a person or another animal or property. That is solely the responsibility of the buyer.

The buyer will receive multiple photos of the animal they intend to purchase and a video showing a clear representation of the desired animal. Buyer will also receive a video of the animal being put into the transfer bag and the shipping box being sealed to insure full transparency between seller and buyer. This will protect both parties as they can see the condition and health of the animal prior to shipment. If the animal would arrive with any health concerns (pushing, etc) from shipment, it would be considered normal as it will not impact the snakes overall health. With shipping being stressful for the animal you must be available to pick up the animal within 2 hours of its arrival at the agreed upon place or the "live arrival guarantee" will be null and void. Any purchase made from Nathan Hess Retics are final, unless you receive written approval by Nathan Hess Retics on a case by case for an exception and agree to the terms set forth in that agreement. Furthermore, Nathan Hess Retics does not participate in financial chargebacks/reimbursements from buyers or their financial institutions they used for the purchase of their animal for any reason. Some examples are: buyers remorse, not getting their spouses approval beforehand, not knowing their local, County and State laws, etc.)

Buyer is also aware of the unpredictable behavior that comes with owning Pythons. To include periods of times the animal may not eat "normal" or eat on a set schedule or may have to be given different prey options. Buyer agrees they will provide the animal with veterinary care if needed at their expense.
